Enabling Cookies

If you are having problems with the "Where Have You Been" page, it is most likely because of security settings on your computer.

In order for the page to work, Cookies must be enabled, and it is possible that the security settings should be set to "Medium" depending on the computer.

First try enabling Cookies to be stored by doing the following in Internet Explorer:

1. Click on 'Tools' from the menus at the top of your web browser.

2. Select 'Internet Options'.

3. Click on the tab titled 'Privacy'.

4. Click 'Advanced'.

5. Check the boxes labeled 'Override automatic cookie handling' and 'Always allow session cookies'.

6. Click 'OK'

Once you restart your computer, the new settings will take effect.

Please note, however, that if this is a work computer, some companies have additional restrictions on security that can effect the functioning of the page.

Not a Requrement, Just a Bonus Tool
In any case, the "Where You Have Been" page is not a requirement. It is there to assist the student, but the course can certainly be completed without any problem even if the student's computer does not read the page properly.

If this is the case, the student is still able to open each page from a given Segment by using the "Where You Have Been" page. If a certain page does not look familiar, that is an indication that you might have missed it in your previous studies.

We hope you find this helpful.
