Introduction
While this chapter primarily discusses email, any digital communication, including text messages, voice mail, and even Website posting (on sites such as Facebook or using Twitter) are subject to basically the same rules.

Email is a huge issue today. Read this section carefully. You may not like the restrictions, but they are now fact. There is a rule that almost every lawyer is told in law school: Never put anything in writing (or email) that you don't have to.
